Creativity feeds the soul. It may be as important to your well-being as regular exercise, balanced nutrition, laughter and meditation. The creative potential is always available to us, but it is often ignored or neglected. Yoga can awaken this potential. Yoga calms the body and mind, it relieves stress and anxiety. TRY MOSAIC FOR THE FIRST TIME


Join the Spirals Creativity circle on Thursday 9 February 2012 10h00-12h00.
Start collecting tiles, crockery, mirror, glass and glass beads, pebbles, bottle tops, shells, marble, beads and buttons. We will mosaic the bench under the coral tree in the back garden.
TOOLS REQUIRED
Tile cutters/Tile nippers Old towel, hammer, Sponge/old credit card to apply grout, a bowl for mixing grout, bucket for cleaning off grout.
